The process runs itself, and stops where it should
A lot of the work in a company is a sequence somebody carries by hand: reading what arrived, working out what it is, putting it where it belongs and telling the next person. None of it is difficult. We build that sequence as a system.
Somebody opens the inbox in the morning and works down it. Each item has to be read, recognised, copied into the system that needs it and passed on, and none of that is hard, which is exactly why nobody has ever been given time to fix it. It holds together until the volume grows or the person who knows the edge cases is away, and then it is a queue, and the queue is what the rest of the business is waiting on.
- It watches where the work already arrives, whether that is an inbox, a shared folder, a form or a queue inside a system you already run.
- It reads each item, works out what kind of thing it is, and pulls the fields the next step needs.
- It applies the rules you apply today, in the words you already use for them, rather than a version of them somebody reinvented.
- It writes the result back into the tools your teams already open, so nothing new has to be checked.
- It sets aside anything it should not settle on its own and says which rule it stopped on.
- The routine path cleared without anyone touching it
- A record for every item of what was decided and on what basis
- The exceptions gathered in one place, each with what is missing
- The same behaviour at three in the morning as at eleven on a Monday
It does not decide the cases you would want a person to decide. Where an item is unusual, where the rules disagree, or where the action cannot be undone, it stops and hands over with the reason attached.
- Inbound documents read, classified and filed into the system of record
- Applications, claims and orders checked against policy before anyone opens them
- Exceptions pulled out of the queue and sent to the team that can clear them
AI agents
Agents that do the steps in the systems you already run, and stop at anything a person should sign.
Internal assistant
A chatbot that only knows your company, and shows you the record behind every answer.
Document and data extraction
Invoice parsing, contracts, archives: anything that arrives as a document, turned into records you can query and check.
Drafting and document generation
The first draft written for you, from your own material, in the form your work actually takes.

One call, no deck. We will tell you whether this is something we can build for you, and if it is not, we will say that too.
