One standard, applied to everything that arrives
The standard usually exists already, written down as a rubric, a checklist or a shared idea of what a good one looks like. What is missing is the hours to apply it past a sample, and a sample works out as a spot check that people learn to survive.
A reviewer takes a handful of cases a month, reads them properly, and writes up what they found. It is good work and it is honest about being partial. Two reviewers score the same case differently, one reviewer scores differently at nine in the morning than at five, and nobody finds out which because there is no second read.
- We encode your standard as it is written, including the parts that are only in a reviewer's head, which is usually where the work of this project actually is.
- It scores everything that arrives against that standard, including the cases a sample would miss.
- Every judgement carries the passage, the moment or the value it is based on.
- We calibrate against cases your own reviewers have scored, so you can see where the system agrees with them and where it does not before it is trusted.
- The standard stays editable, because a rubric that cannot be changed is a rubric people work around.
- A score for every case, on the same criteria, with the evidence behind each one
- The spread across everything rather than an average of the sample
- Outliers and drift visible: who is moving, what is slipping, where the standard is being read differently
- Any single result open to being overturned by a reviewer who disagrees
It does not decide consequences. It produces a score and the evidence for it; whether that means a conversation, a re-review or nothing at all is a decision a person makes, and where the result affects somebody that rule is not negotiable.
- Quality review on every case rather than the monthly sample
- Supplier, application and submission scoring against your own criteria
- Training and instructor evaluation on every session that runs
Call, meeting and video intelligence
Recordings that become something you can search and score, rather than an hour of audio to sit through.
Image and video inspection
The photographs somebody is supposed to look at, looked at consistently and all of them.
Monitoring and early warning
Something reading everything that arrives, so the one item you need to see today reaches you.
Record matching and reconciliation
The same thing, recorded four different ways in four systems, recognised as one thing.

One call, no deck. We will tell you whether this is something we can build for you, and if it is not, we will say that too.
